How to import a form into Kitview?

It is necessary to switch to Expert mode to be able to import a form into Kitview.

Click on the form button : and then click on "Load a Form"

Select the path and form file (.KDR) you want to import. The loaded form is then displayed in the list on the left. Select it and choose "OK" at the bottom right of this window.

The software will ask if the form will be multiple or not.

A form can be multiple or single.

If we have designated it as multiple, there may be several tabs (dates) for the same patient. The date serves as an index to the file (example: a Laboratory file).

In contrast, the single form has only one answer.

Your form will then open, you just need to dock it in the appropriate place.
