To create a patient filter by doctor, we must follow several consecutive steps
1. Creating and Configuring a Simple Form
To initiate the creation of a form, navigate to the "Forms" section and select the "Create a Form" option. When the Kitview application suggests a "multiple" type form, select "No." The goal is to collect a single response rather than a series of data. Name this form "Doctor Selector" and confirm the operation.
To optimize ergonomics, you can "undock" this form. It is recommended to position it, for example, below the patient list. This layout facilitates the quick selection and assignment of a doctor to a specific patient.
To edit the form, use the Ctrl+F12 shortcut. Integrate a dropdown list of doctors using the TListBox function. Fill in the "Items" property with the names of the doctors. Additionally, adding a dedicated button to save the selected information is recommended.
The procedure to assign a Doctor to a Patient is easy, one you are un your patient file, you will select the name of the Doctor and press the Save button.
2. Filtering Patients by Doctor
To effectively organize patient filtering, access the "Population Filters" section. Create a new folder there, which you can name "Doctor Selector", for example.
In this folder, you will configure a distinct filter for each doctor. It is also wise to include an "All Doctors" filter; this will allow you to list all patients without having to switch folders. Once you create one filter, you can duplicate and change only the name and the condition.
3. Sorting Photos
The photo sorting process remains unchanged, following the established procedure. Simply navigate to the relevant tab and select the filter corresponding to the types of objects you wish to view.
4. Operating Procedure For each patient, begin by selecting the appropriate doctor's name from the "Choix Dr" form. Then, confirm your selection by clicking the "Save" (Enregistrer) button.
To filter patients by doctor, simply navigate to the "Population Filters" tab. Select the desired doctor's name; this will display only the patients assigned to them.
5. Window Reorganization Options You have the freedom to reorganize the window layout according to your preferences. Whether you wish to view all options simultaneously or prefer a more minimalist interface, these adjustments are at your fingertips.
