To create a form you will need :
- Enable expert mode
- Click Form
The "Form management" window appears :
Click into "Create a Form"
Once you click, the software ask you if the form will be multiple, so you have to answer yes or no.
A form can be multiple or single.
If we have designated it as multiple, there may be several tabs (dates) for the same patient. The date serves as an index to the file (example: a Laboratory file).
In contrast, the single form has only one answer.
Once the behavior is chosen, the new term appears in the list of forms. It is highlighted.
It's up to you to give it a relevant name, then press the Enter key on your keyboard to save the label.
Then double-click it to make it appear full screen in Kitview. Simultaneously press the CTRL F12 keys corresponding to the combination accessing the form editor.
