Forms Summary

	Allows you to refresh items.
	Allows you to sort items by date.
	Allows you to expand all.
	Allows you to reduce all.
	Allows you to select the forms to display.
	Displays the patient's name.
	Enable/disable bar buttons. Also allows you to recover the settings already made from the currently selected desktop.
	Closes the toolbar visualization.
