The collection determines a family of elements: it is therefore a filter on the objects.
The principle of the collection is to answer the question: WHAT?.
The collection is the equivalent for objects of the population filter which is for patients. Collections are filtered by item tags and dates. They represent a "filter", a "set", a "view" of objects, which have the labels of the collection filter. Defined collections are global and can be accessed regardless of desktop.
Creating a node collection (at root)
In this example, we want to create a filter so that images that are not "filtered" with the right keywords are easily identifiable.
For the example, we will agree that the images that were imported have the keywords “Images to sort” and “Time=xx”
We then want to create a collection that filters the objects with “Images to sort” + “Time=1”, that is to say the objects from the 1st appointment.
After validation pressing Submit, you will find the collection created in the Collections section on your desktop.
