A template in a photo: what is it?

A template is an object model identified by an image corresponding to keywords.

When you drag an object onto this template, it picks up the keywords. To understand: you store your photo in a cabinet in which you have labeled folders so you can easily find your photo.

	Allows you to refresh the list of keywords (attributs).
	Allows you to enlarge or reduce the size of keywords thumbnails.
	Displays the keywords (attributs) of behavior phrase. This sentence allows you to configure the way in which certain attributes are saved or lost.
	Allows you to edit attributes of the behavior sentences.
	Allows you to create a new keyword.
	Allows editing of the keyword, that is, the name, image and keywords.
	Allows the deletion of a keyword.
	Allows the creation of a new group of keywords and its behavior sentence.
	Allows the modification of a group and its behavior sentence.
	Allows the deletion of a group of keywords.
	Enable/disable bar buttons. Also allows you to recover the settings already made from the currently selected desktop.
	Closes the toolbar visualization.

How to classify photos (keywords - templates) manually?

KitviewConnect can not only organize photos by patient, but also use tags (keywords). The ultimate goal of labels is to organize your photos into specific collections.

How does it work ? Drag/drop the photo(s) onto the template then release the left mouse button. A message will then appear on your screen to tell you that the template is applied.

How to classify photos automatically with AI?

Select the photos you want to classify then click the button on the items toolbar. 

You will choose the “Recognition” option. Once the action is finished, a message will be displayed. Always check if the result is correct.

The behavior phrase

The behavior phrase allows you to configure what will happen when you drag objects onto a template.

In the example we see: 

The object, that is to say, the selected photo(s) or document(s), will lose all the keywords except the keywords Time, Start of Treatment, Restraint, In Progress, End of Treatment which are keywords to define the timeline Objects.

The photo shows us that it has 3 keywords: Time 3 (which normally means that the photo corresponds to the patient's 3rd visit), Portrait and Profile.

If I drag the photo onto another keyword, the object will lose Portrait and Profile, but not the Time which corresponds to a specific date of shooting.

Behavior sentence editing

You have the ability to change the behavior of the phrase and also be able to save other phrases that you can use at another time if necessary. Just touch the line for it to become active.
