Forms

	Allows the import of a form.
	Allows you to change the font size of the form.
	Allows you to select the form to use.
	Displays the patient's name.
	Allows you to save the form instance. For a new instance, tap the icon again.
	Allows you to delete the selected instance.
	Enable/disable bar buttons. Also allows you to recover the settings already made from the currently selected desktop.
	Closes the toolbar visualization.
