Patient Management is the central area where you can access your entire patient database registered in Kitview. It allows you to view, organize, and update each patient’s administrative information, as well as quickly perform essential actions such as creating a new record, editing existing data, or running a targeted patient search.
This interface also provides a set of tools designed to save time in daily use: refreshing the list, multi‑selection, merging duplicates, generating automatic reports, executing scripts, and customizing column display. Thanks to these features, Patient Management becomes a true dashboard, designed to streamline your work and optimize your processing workflow.
| Allows you to refresh the patient list. | |
| Allows you to select all patients. For example, depending on the “collection” selected, allows you to view the same type of photo of all patients. | |
| Allows you to create a new patient. | |
| Allows you to modify the selected patient. | |
| Allows you to delete the selected patient(s). | |
| Allows you to merge the selected patients. You will need to choose 2 patients to activate it. | |
| Mail Merge. Allows you to generate automatic reports in Word and PDF format. | |
| List of scripts that can be executed. | |
| Enable/disable bar buttons. Also allows you to recover the settings already made from the currently selected desktop. | |
| Closes the toolbar visualization. |

Selecting columns allows you to view only the information you want
To search patients, simply write in the LASTNAME or FIRST NAME box or other boxes that you have selected to find the patient(s).
When you create a patient, please don’t forget to fill some specific fields
