How to use Letter?

Letter is a software that allows you to generate personalized letters based on the current patient.
Each type of mail can be configured in its formatting as well as in the type of data to be displayed.

This software works properly if your photos are properly tagged. If the keywords (tags) are incorrect, the result will not be as expected. To launch Letter, simply choose the "Letter" icon from the toolbar, then choose one of the mails already present.

When launched, Letter is displayed with certain possibilities: a toolbar which changes according to the mode, then the "Options" which reveal other options for the selected objects.

The toolbar is not fully activated because, at the moment, we are in "Preview" mode.

Preview mode (go to explanations)

• the application is in display mode

• the model has been merged with the current patient's data

• the toolbar displays the "Creation" icon to switch to Creation (design) mode

This mode allows:

• to print

• send by email

• save mail in Kitview in graphic format to choose between BMP/JPG/TIF/PDF

• add areas (text, images)

• zoom the view (displays the entire page, i.e. across the width of the screen)

• align objects by selecting multiple areas/objects

Creation mode (go to explanations)

• the application is in creation/modification mode of a document template

• this is the design/setting mode of the mail document

• the toolbar displays the "Preview" icon to switch to Preview mode

This mode allows:

• create a new document

• open an existing document

• merge with another existing document

• save document

• save mail in Kitview in graphic format to choose between BMP/JPG/TIF/PDF

• send the object behind/in front

• group/ungroup objects

• zoom view

• align objects
