Preview mode

When Letter is in "Preview" mode:

• the application is in display mode

• the model has been merged with the current patient's data

• the toolbar displays the "Creation" icon to switch to Creation mode

This mode allows:

• to print

• send by email

• save mail in Kitview in graphic format to choose between BMP/JPG/TIF/PDF

• add areas (text, images)

• zoom the view (displays the entire page, i.e. across the width of the screen)

• align objects by selecting multiple areas/objects 

On the text, you can modify:

• the font

• the colour

• text size

• choose "crossed", "Italic", "bold"

• auto size automatically crops the text box according to the content

• Return Line: activates the line break if the frame is too small in width (otherwise the text is cropped)

• Supp. blank lines: lines without characters will be removed from the text area

• Alignment: allows you to align the text in the center, on the right or on the left in the text box

• Shortcuts: allows you to activate the text area directly in edit mode by typing the designated shortcut on the keyboard.

The various options make it possible to create visual effects for the texts or on any other present object.

You can save your mail in different formats, here for example in JPG.
