Creation mode

When Letter is in "Creation" mode :

• The application is in display mode
• The model was merged with current patient data from different data servers
• The toolbar displays the "Preview" icon to switch to Preview mode

Text merge fields

By default, a text type merge field (namely management, form and cephalometric data) is requested from Kitview.

Identifiers:

%T% : The source of the field is the management data server (Text)

%F% : The source of the field is the form data server

%C% : The source of the field is the cephalometric data server

Example:

<%T%Name> for the name of the current patient (source Management)

<%F%CLINIQUE> for the summary of the CLINIQUE form

Image Merge Fields

All of these fields are completely dependent on your configuration in Kitview, these are all tags (keywords) available in Kitview.

The image that will be inserted will be the last image that corresponds to the list of attributes that you are going to give and that is part of the active collection.

The result is dependent on the sort order of the Kitview thumbnail window (Result).

For boolean type labels, just put the name of the label.

For example, if we are looking for the profile X-ray at the start of treatment:

<Intraoral><Left><Start of treatment>

For tags that can take values, separate the name from the value with an equals sign (=):
<Time=1><text=a text>

Click on "Preview" in the toolbar, to test if your images takes all the keywords you want to choose and show.
