Server Requirements

IMPORTANT: When changing client or server workstations, we ask you to rename the stations identically, with the same user name and the same IP addressing, just to not loose user settings of the software.

FOR THE DEDICATED SERVER (MINIMUM CONFIGURATION)

• Core i7 processor since the 12th generation
• Windows Server 2019 (recommended 2022). If you have less than 5 PCs, you can use Windows 11 Pro 64-bit.
• 8 GB of RAM minimum
• Connection to the Gigabit wired network with a Fixed IP (no WIFI connection)
• 500 GB SSD (Solid State Drive) hard drive
• Office: Microsoft Office from 2010 (excluding starter version)
  Please note: OpenOffice does not interface with our software
• UPS required: a sudden server outage can damage the base data.
  Note: avoid “Off-Line” ups which do not protect against micro-cuts
• Antivirus required
  Note: avoid AVAST, AVG, McAfee or KASPERSKY which regularly block. We
  recommend Microsoft Antivirus.
• Reboot once a week or every 15 days with Windows updates performed

FOR DEDICATED SERVER (RECOMMENDED CONFIGURATION)

• Xeon processor since the 4th generation
• Windows Server 2016 system minimum
• 16 GB of RAM
• Double Connection (teaming) to the Gigabit wired network with a Fixed IP (no WIFI connection)
• 1 TB SSD (Solid State Drive) or SAS 15k RPM hard drive in RAID 5
• Office: Microsoft Office from 2016 (excluding starter version)
