The Server hosts your data (database) as well as shared directories containing your image files, radios and programs.
We make an automatic copy of the database every day, but only as a means of prevention.
You must inform your IT department that he will have to back up the entire ORQUAL folder. We advise you to carefully check that the backup is working correctly to avoid possible data loss.
Also keep in mind that many people do not have an online UPS and in the event of a power outage the database may become corrupted. Please consult with your IT department which device is suitable for your server.
