• Internet with a speed of 8 Mbits/s in ADSL minimum. Recommended fiberoptics
• Gigabit wired network. Using CAT6 or higher cabling
• Do not use the Internet router as a switch for workstations and servers
• We request a report of an RJ45 network test for validation
  Note: the optimal theoretical speed of a WiFi network is not guaranteed. Its use is reserved for internet consultation or office automation. Our software and data may suffer significant damage from throughput variation and quality. Therefore, we do not guarantee the operation of our software in a wifi environment
• TCP/IPV4 protocol, fixed IP settings and deactivation of IPV6. If you use DHCP, set the MAC addresses of the stations in the router (DHCP Binding)
• Add “\\server-name” in the trusted zone of the local intranet network in every computer
• Add “\\ip-server” in the trusted zone of the local intranet network in every computer
• Read/Write for "everyone" when sharing the \\server-name\orqual directory
• Install TeamViewer FULL version on all workstations and server
