Importing patients with KTV file

Kitview allows you to import patients with photos from a KTV file. Additionally, if the photos are tagged, those tags will also be imported.

To import a patient, simply right-click on the patient list and select "Import Patient(s) from"

Once you have chosen "Import Patient(s) from" you must select the directory where your .KTV files are located and press the "Select Folder" button.

Kitview displays the number of patients to import:

If some of your patient's keywords (attributes) don't exist in your Kitview, you have several options:

1) Cancel the import and create the keywords manually. 

2) Associate the missing keywords with tags that exist in your Kitview, for example, "Image to Sort"

3) Ignore the association, so the objects won't have these ignored keywords
