When the gateway does not work (function key, example F7) check that:
1. You are on the patient file in your CRM (page displaying the patient's Name, First Name and Date of Birth).
2. That the Kit Hot Keys software is running correctly (present at the bottom right of the taskbar)
3. If it is not present, run it from the Windows desktop and it will then appear in the taskbar as mentioned previously.
4. Always do the key combination after clicking anywhere on the taskbar.
