To be able to use the KITVIEW application on your iPhone we recommend:
- your workstations (PCs) have fixed IPs (if this is not the case, you must contact your IT specialist and ask for fixed IPs for each workstation).
- your smartphone is well connected to the office's Wi-Fi and it is in the same IP address range as your workstations.
- download the app from App Store
You will search for KITVIEW, then tap “Get”
Finally, you will tap on “Open”. You will authorize the following menus:
Account creation
For the first use, you must create a user account. It's very simple, it takes you 30 seconds to do.
Please note, the PASSWORD has no link with your email password, you have to create a new one !!.
Following this action, you will receive a confirmation link by email, please do not hesitate to check your Spam if necessary.
Creating the account allows you to save your PC profiles, so it will be easier later to configure other iPhones/Androids.

If the search does not work, you can always create the profiles by yourself.
1) Checking the workstation’s IP address and connection port
Right-click on the KitDSServer software icon, , then choose “Show”
You will find the address and port of your PC
2) Creation of the profile for this PC
3) Exit the application then restart it and save the profile in the cloud
You will choose "Upload the X profile(s)" from my device into the Cloud, in order to save the profile(s) created on the Kitview application cloud.
The choice "Download X profile(s)" from the Cloud to my device is used when installing a new smartphone or you want to restore the profile(s).
