The PortFolio is Kitview's clipboard. To use it, you have to drag and drop the documents you need. The PortFolio allows you to keep photos of several patients. It is useful for making case presentations or generating PowerPoints.
To create a PowerPoint, you can click on the icon (the document will take all the photos present in the PortFolio) or, first select the photos you want, then click the
icon. You must choose the amount of photos per page you want.
The PortFolio toolbar
- Allows you to switch to desktop mode: Kitview shrinks in size to let your Windows desktop appear in the background.
- Allows you to display the properties of the selected object and modify them if necessary.
- Allows you to run a macro.
- Allows you to select all the objects present in the portfolio.
- Allows you to delete the selected object from the portfolio (but not from the patient's album).
- Allows you to empty the portfolio of all its elements.
- Creates a slideshow of the selection: all the photos will be taken into account if you do not select anything beforehand.
- Allows you to send an email.
- Allows to send an email using FileMail (for a large amount of photos/documents).
- Allows objects to be sorted in ascending or descending order, by date.
- Allows objects to be sorted in ascending or descending order, by patient name.
- Allows you to create a Powerpoint presentation, with the choice to automatically create the slides, with the number of elements desired.
- Enables ORTHOKALC, image processing software (example: Morphing , Offset profile photos, etc.) to be activated by Script.
