How do I scale a Radio?

For several treatments, you need the radio with the scale information
There are 2 ways to scale:

Put it directly in the radio acquisition module

Scale a posteriori: this is the method that we will detail here.

Scaling, radio by radio, by hand, via viewers.

• Put the radio in the viewer
• Put the "Scale" menu in the viewer

Zoom on the radio for better accuracy of the scale indicator which is located on the radio.

1. Click on the scale icon and release
2. Click on one of the points (2) or (3) of the integrated scale bar and KEEP the left click pressed.
3. Move to the other end (3) or (2) (of which I know the distance between the 2), and I release the left click.
4. A window offers me to enter the distance in mm: here, I put 45 (because is the right mm on the photo).
5. Click on OK: the scale has been specified... but it has not been saved with the radio.

Don't forget to save the radio (press the icon ) to memorize the scale.

To check that your scale is correctly set, select the radio in the viewer, but this time, click on the "Measurement" icon in the "Scale" menu: take measurements to check that they are correct (by the way, remeasure the ladder bar...)
