First, you must have Kitview Connect Desktop installed on your workstation.
From Kitview Connect Desktop, open the menu located in the upper‑left corner:
Then go to Settings, located at the bottom left on the gear icon.
Then go to Kitview Connect Desktop, located in the Configuration section.
You will reach the screen shown below; click Create a shortcut.
You will get a table like the one shown below :
1: Enter a name
2: Add a description
3: Select Katch as the shortcut type
4: Choose your PMS
5: Save
6: Add a key combination to execute the gateway
7: Confirm the creation of the shortcut
When you are on your patient’s administrative record, execute the gateway using the configured key combination. The patient will be automatically created in Kitview Connect Desktop, or you will be redirected to the existing patient if they are already registered.
