ERR_KDS_CODE_1 : Current patient in Kitview PC is incorrect
Hypothesis
HYP1 KitDSServer application is out of date.
HYP2 Selected patient in Kitview Desktop is invalid.
HYP3 Kitview Desktop application is faulty.
Solutions
SOL1 Update KitDSServer application.
SOL2 Change patient in Kitview Desktop application.
SOL3 Restart Kitview Desktop application.
ERR_KDS_CODE_2 : Communication with Kitview Desktop is not possible
Hypothesis
HYP1 Station (PC) is off or in standby mode.
HYP2 Login information is invalid.
HYP3 KitDSServer is not running or faulty.
HYP4 Kitview Desktop is not running or faulty.
HYP5 The Wifi connection is down.
HYP6 Requests are blocked by the Firewall.
HYP7 Windows is down (TCP/IP layer is down).
Solutions
SOL1 Start the workstation (PC) / wake the workstation (PC) from sleep mode, launch the Kitview and KitDSServer applications on your workstation (PC).
SOL2 Check that the KitDSServer connection information is valid. For more details, see Check that the KitDSServer connection information is valid.
SOL3 Restart KitDSServer.
SOL4 Restart Kitview Desktop.
SOL5 On the workstation (PC) and smartphone (iOS and/or Android), disable/enable Wifi then reconnect to the Wifi network.
SOL6 Disable the Windows Firewall or create a new exception in the Windows Firewall to authorize the KitDSServer application. For more details, see How does the Firewall work?
SOL7 Restart your computer (PC).
ERR_KDS_CODE_3: The version of KitDSServer is incorrect

SOL1 Update the KitDSServer application.
-> "{"error":"failed to execute the server, ProgID:"Classeur.ClasseurOLE""}"
SOL1: SOL1 Run Kitview Desktop in administrator mode.
SOL2 Launch the command prompt in administrator mode, go to the folder where Kitview Desktop is located and run the command Kitview.exe /unregserver followed by Kitview.exe /regserver.

SOL1 Update Firebird.
