To access the application settings you have two options: in the initial home page or in the main menu of the application.
Let's see the different options:
GENERAL
App active in background: allows you to minimize the application without losing the connection with your PC browser, which allows you to use other apps and then quickly return to the Kitview application.
Splash Screen: Shows/hides the splash screen.
Auto connect login screen: if this function is activated, the application automatically logs in with the registered user.
Auto connect profile screen: if this function is activated, the application automatically connects to the last selected profile.
Theme: allows you to choose the color of the application.
Enable photo cache: downloaded photos are cached on your smartphone/tablet to speed up future uploads.
KITVIEW
Follow Kitview patient: if this function is activated, the application is positioned on the same patient as the one selected in Kitview Web.
Force Patient on Kitview: This setting is only accessible when the “Follow Kitview Patient” setting is disabled. If this setting is enabled, all patient changes in the mobile app are automatically applied in Kitview Web.
Show picture on Kitview: if this option is activated, after each photo taken, the photo sent to Kitview Web will then be displayed in full screen.
Refresh pictures on Kitview: if this setting is activated, after each shot, the thumbnails of the patient's photos are refreshed on Kitview Web.
Please note, if you use Kitview PC, activating this resource-intensive setting may temporarily degrade the performance of the workstation on which the patient media library is requested to be refreshed. If you notice slowdowns on this station or simply want to speed up the sending of photos, it is recommended to deactivate this setting.
Photo display time: If the "Show photo on Kitview" setting is enabled, you can specify how long (in seconds) photos are displayed in full screen on Kitview PC or Kitview Web.
PICTURE SHOT
Camera's choice: this setting allows you to take photos with the Kitview camera or with the native photo application on your mobile device.
Camera's validation: in the Shot module, when you take photos with the native camera, this setting allows you to view the photo taken before sending it to Kitview Web. Post-processing is then possible. (Cropping, rotation, adding a comment or voice memo, etc.).
SCENARIOS
Reset scenarios: this function forces the download of scenarios defined in Kitview Web. Please note, each time you modify your scenarios, you should always have to use this option to download the changes.
DURING IMPORTS
Add keywords: This setting allows you to add one or more specific tags to photos taken with your mobile device.
CHROMECAST
Native quality: this setting allows you to display your photos on your Chromecast in their original resolution to enjoy optimal image quality.
Show date: this setting allows you to display an information banner on your Chromecast containing the date of the photo.
RESET
Reset: This setting resets all app settings.
