The Kitview, thanks to keywords, allows you to generate automated documents to make reports, presentations, letters to correspondents, etc.
The keywords that have been defined in the patient's documents allow us to sort them and present them in a MS-Office document, specially designed with internal macros, which we will use for our automatic documents.
Let's imagine that once your treatment is finished, you want to send your patient a report, which includes photos of the start and enf of treatment. At the same time, you want to include notes, a review, and a conclusion. On the other hand, you want to have some kind of system, which allows you to write the notes, but also, using more practical forms. Once everything is written and filled out, you want to automatically create a report. This is where all the keywords, plus the forms, will combine to create your document which will always have the same format and therefore be standardized.
Basic needs:
- photos and documents of your patients must have keywords
- photos and documents have correctly defined dates (times)
- you have Microsoft Office and not OpenOffice
- your Microsoft Office has macros enabled
- you have a form, created by Kitview, which includes all the information you have noted about your patient
